When Alana asked me if I would fly to New Plymouth to shoot her and husband to be Luke’s wedding I, of course, said yes, I love a good wedding but if there’s some travel involved too then I’m even more keen. Alana and Luke had planned an intimate backyard wedding in their ‘good friend’s garden’, literally complete with a tiny chapel, a dressed-up marquee and finished off with a beautiful avocado orchard. The perfect venue for the perfect day.
The tiny chapel was in the back garden of a good friend’s home, and at the bottom of the garden was an avocado orchard which is where we went to take some photos of the bridal party
